Perfect location for visiting Lugano, it's just off Monte bre, the hill and the bus station, near funicular station. The exceptional service and attention to detail from amicable staff

this hotel was great value as opposed to other options. property turned out to be spotless and the breakfast option was superb. warm enough room with modern furniture. the hotel had a central location.

My stay was great value. Amazing staff and food, really really nice experience. The bed was big and the bedroom was twin. Lots of food at breakfast, such as cereals, eggs, fruit and cheese. Fast check-in, easy check-out.

the staff is courteous here, the services are excellent, and location is beautiful really close to a bus stop, the bus station, near funicular station and monte bre. well-appointed units with balcony.

We had a lovely time, great value. We loved the a double room which was functional. As always, the hotel staff was hard-working. Spotless place and attentive service. Small garden outside. European venue in a lovely area of Lugano.

I loved the outstandingly accommodating staff and the delicious food. They made my stay memorable. I used free bus provided by the hotel too. Best possible location, 10 minutes' walk to mount bre.

Appreciated the atmosphere of this touristic hotel, ideal location and classic double rooms. Absolutely breathtaking view of sea. Luxurious bathroom and good bed. Simple check in and in general impeccable service.

We spent an EXCELLENT time here, can recommend to anyone. When we arrived the owner was helpful. Room was big, bigger then in most Lugano hotels. In fact, the free Wi-Fi was a cherry on top.
